Feeding Directions

DAILY GUIDE: Blue Seal Evans Camelid Supplements are formulated to complement grass hay and pasture that tests 10% to 14% protein and 55% to 60% TDN with a potassium level of less than 2.5%.


Feed BLUE SEAL EVANS ALPACA MAINTENANCE PELLET at a rate of 0.50 lb. per 100 lbs. of body weight per head per day or approximately 0.75 lb. per average 150 lb. Alpaca per head per day.

For late Gestation (last four weeks) and Lactation feed BLUE SEAL EVANS CAMELID S/G/L.


Males and Geldings usually require 20% to 25% less supplement. Feed BLUE SEAL EVANS ALPACA MAINTENANCE PELLET at a rate of 0.65 lb. to 0.75 lb. per head per day.

For periods of extreme cold, the added energy and feeding rates of BLUE SEAL EVANS CAMELID S/G/L formula is recommended.
